Rob Smart is a seasoned professional in the clean energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Market Development for Virtual Power Plants at Generac Power Systems since July 2015. Notable achievements include creating an industry-first incentive program that significantly boosted sales and developing partnerships that enhance energy resiliency for vulnerable households. Previous roles include driving substantial market growth in the Northeast as Director of Business Development and building strategic partnerships in his role at Pika Energy. Rob's early career features executive consulting positions and entrepreneurial leadership, including founding Every Kitchen Table, as well as key marketing and sales roles at firms such as NativeEnergy and Northern Power Systems.
