Robert D. Dixon

Robert D. Dixon has served as a director of Generac since March 2012. Mr. Dixon previously served as Chairman and CEO of Natural Systems Utilities LLC, a distributed water infrastructure company from 2014 to 2016. From October 2012 until March 2014, Mr. Dixon served as Chief Executive Officer of Seven Seas Water Corporation, an international services corporation. From 1983 until 2011, Mr. Dixon served in various leadership roles at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., including Senior Vice President & General Manager.

Mr. Dixon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Miami University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Mr. Dixon formerly served as a director of Valicor Environmental Services, a private equity-owned company that is one of the largest providers of non-hazardous wastewater treatment services in North America. Mr. Dixon has over 30 years of global management, operations and finance experience.
