Prior to this, Tom was the President of Titan Energy Development, where Tom played a crucial role in establishing the company. With a background in project management and purchasing, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations, Tom brings a well-rounded skill set to their professional endeavors. Tom Manser graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in Business Administration in 2004.
