Kristof Neirynck

Kristof Neirynck is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global marketing and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Avon since 2022, Kristof oversees a $3 billion business and also holds the position of Executive VP and Global Chief Marketing Officer. In addition, Kristof is a Non-Executive Board Director at Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited and is actively involved with Effie Worldwide and General Assembly. Prior roles include Group Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Global Brands at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where leadership spanned a $5 billion division, and significant positions at Procter & Gamble focusing on luxury beauty and laundry products. Academically, Kristof holds a Master's in Electronics Engineering from Ghent University and has participated in various prestigious leadership and marketing programs.
