Cesar Garcia, PhD, currently serves as a Survivability Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, with prior experience as an RF Engineer at Ball Aerospace and a Senior Materials Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Texas at Brownsville. Additional experience encompasses a Graduate Research Associate role at The University of Texas at El Paso, where management of the EM Lab occurred, along with a stint as a physics tutor at Western Technical College and involvement as a Summer Provost Intern at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
