Philip Warner is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors, currently serving as the Director of Project Engineering for Agile Mission Systems at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since July 2013. In this role, Warner oversees a team of over 80 professionals focused on advanced sensors, autonomy, and artificial intelligence, while also directing manned flight operations. Warner has held various key positions, including Senior Manager for Quick Reaction Capability and Project Engineer for Electronic Warfare payload programs, where expertise in tactical communications and electronic warfare has been demonstrated. Prior experience includes leadership roles in research and development at Ostendo Technologies and Qualcomm, as well as foundational mechanical engineering work at World Wide Packets. Warner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
