Wayne Croston is a highly experienced aerospace professional with extensive expertise in flight test engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Flight Test Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since March 2009, Wayne has led significant test efforts for the MQ-9 Big Wing program and authored critical Ground and Flight Test Plans. Prior roles include Lead Flight Test Engineer at Eclipse Aviation, where Wayne managed flight test activities for the Eclipse 500, and Flight Test Engineer positions at GE and the United States Air Force, focusing on developmental aircraft engines and avionics systems. Wayne's technical background also includes experience as a Flight Test Data Analyst and an Engineering Intern on the NASA MARIAH Project. Wayne holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
