Zachary Baur

Zachary Baur, MSBA, currently serves as the Small Business Liaison Officer at General Atomics, where responsibilities include managing small business program activities and enforcing policies to enhance participation. Previously, Zachary held the position of Senior Purchasing Manager at Rivian, focusing on IT sourcing initiatives and software procurement policies, following a role as Purchasing Manager that emphasized sourcing strategies and contract negotiations. Prior experience also includes serving as an IT Contract Manager at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, where oversight of government contracts was a key duty, and as an Agribusiness Advisor for the Peace Corps, facilitating workshops for small business owners. Earlier roles at Sage and Oversight involved account management and client relationship building. Zachary holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
