Connie Klein

Connie Klein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and organizational development, change management, and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at General Dynamics Mission Systems since March 2020, Connie leads initiatives that foster employee growth and support the company's strategic objectives. Previously, Connie held various leadership roles, including Director of Enterprise Organizational Change Management at General Dynamics Information Technology, where a comprehensive change framework was created to benefit over 35,000 employees. With a career spanning several organizations, including 360 MarComm, CSC, and CSRA Inc, Connie has successfully directed talent development programs, integrated HR operations, and spearheaded significant marketing campaigns. Connie holds a BS in International Business and Marketing from Juniata College and completed high school at Nido de Aguilas in Santiago, Chile.
