Carlos Gutierrez

Carlos Gutierrez has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, primarily with GE, where Carlos has held various leadership roles since December 2001. Currently serving as Execution Governance & Process Excellence, Carlos partners with teams to standardize and optimize processes across the GE Power community. Previously, as Senior Cash Flow, Planning, and Analysis Manager for Gas Power Systems, Carlos played a crucial role in enhancing financial management and project planning. Their career progression includes serving as Operations Leader for North America, Canada, and Latin America, where Carlos oversaw numerous power projects and led a significant team of project managers. Carlos's early career includes positions as Project Manager and Customer Service Engineer within GE, along with a role as Parts Sales Manager at PAVCO. Carlos holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Engineering Mechanics from Universidad de Los Andes.
