Lauren Castaneda

Lauren Castaneda has extensive experience in digital and technology roles within supply chain management, particularly in the pet food industry. At General Mills from April 2018 to September 2023, Lauren served as Sr. D&T Manager for Pet Supply Chain Transformation, managing the digital supply chain roadmap for the Blue Buffalo segment. Lauren has also held various leadership positions at Blue Buffalo, including Director of Solution Delivery, overseeing a team responsible for digital technology and master data. Prior experience includes managing the Unilever account at Accenture and supporting Oracle Transportation Management rollouts and end-user training for Diageo. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, with a marketing major and a minor in management information systems.
