Matt Lefler is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at General Mills since June 2023, Matt previously held positions such as Trade Operations Supervisor and Assistant Controller at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. Prior to that, experience includes roles as Accounting Manager at Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead and participating in Hilton's Management Development Program in Finance at Conrad New York Downtown. Matt's earlier career encompasses positions such as Alumni Relations Student Coordinator and Teaching Assistant at Michigan State University, as well as internships at Pinstripes, Inc and Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. Matt earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Hospitality Business and Finance from Michigan State University, complemented by a GED from Niles West High School.
