Rachelle E Landry is an accomplished professional in the fields of health, safety, environment, and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Global Health, Safety and Environment at General Mills since December 2003. Rachelle has held various critical leadership roles within the company, including Director of North America Manufacturing Excellence and North America Supply Chain Transform Lead, focusing on operational improvement and strategic transformation initiatives. With extensive experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing locations globally, Rachelle has a proven track record in implementing innovative solutions and promoting a culture of excellence. Prior to General Mills, Rachelle held human resources positions at CCL Container and BDP Inc. Rachelle holds a Baccalaureate in Arts with concentrations in Psychology and Public Policy & Public Management from the University of Ottawa.
