Mandi Damman

Mandi Damman has extensive experience at General Motors since October 2003, currently serving as Executive Chief Engineer for Autonomous and Electric Vehicles. Mandi has held various leadership positions, including Chief Engineer for Battery Electric Trucks and Autonomous Vehicles, and Director of Global Vehicle Dynamics, HVAC, Noise & Vibration. Additional roles include Engineering Business Manager for Global Vehicle Performance and Lead Development Engineer for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles. Mandi has also contributed to engineering solutions in areas such as ride and handling, chassis systems, and structural vibration. Additionally, Mandi serves as a Career Mentor at Career Contessa since September 2016. Mandi earned a Master of Engineering in Global Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, supplemented by a study abroad experience at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
