Regina Carto

Regina Carto has extensive experience at General Motors, having held various leadership positions since joining the company in 1991, including Vice President of Global Product Safety, Systems & Certification, and Executive Director of Global Safety Field Investigations and Systems Engineering. Carto has also served as Director of Autonomous Technology and Director of Systems Engineering for Active Safety, Body Controls, and Vision/Visibility. Additionally, Carto's early roles included Senior Manager of Global Vehicle Safety and Engineering Group Manager for Passive Safety Electronics and Electrical Performance Validation. Carto improved expertise in leadership by completing the Transformational Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2023.
