Ryan Fletcher

Ryan Fletcher is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Engineering Group Leader for Telematics and Digital Key Hardware at General Motors since October 2021. In this role, Ryan leads a diverse team in the development and launch of connectivity modules for autonomous vehicles. Prior to General Motors, Ryan held various leadership positions at SRG Global, focusing on product development in lighting, electronics, and innovation technologies. Earlier career experiences at Takata included overseeing engineering and program management for Ford's business in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, while contributions to General Motors involved managing vehicle safety performance. Ryan holds an MS in Finance and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
