Nicolas Berard-Gest

Nicolas Berard-Gest is an experienced industrialisation project leader currently working at General Transmissions since November 2015, where responsibilities include addressing production requests for new products and implementing new tools such as automation and ERP systems. Prior to this role, Nicolas served as the technical manager at Tellier Brise Soleil from November 2013 to February 2015, overseeing R&D activities and managing a team in studies and manufacturing. With experience at Faurecia from January 2000 to March 2013 as a generic manufacturing leader and previously as an industrialisation methods technician, Nicolas successfully led product industrialisation projects and managed technical teams. Early career includes a technician maintenance role at Bertrand Faure from June 1997 to January 2000, focusing on preventive maintenance planning. Nicolas holds a project management degree in industrialisation and industrial methods from Faurecia (2010-2011) and a BTS in industrial maintenance from Institut Lemonnier (1995-1997).
