Generali Austria

We are the third largest domestic insurance company and market leader in the motor vehicle insurance segment. As a digital pioneer, we rely on a steady and sustainable growth with an international origin: behind our Generali Group in Austria - with Generali Versicherung, BAWAG P.S.K. Versicherung and Europäische Reiseversicherung - stands an Italian global group with over 70,000 employees in 50 countries in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa. As an employer of around 5,000 employees, we show that courage as a lion is in our genes. On the one hand we are showing our courage externally, where a spirit of innovation meets current applicant needs. On the other hand, we are courageous internally, where our employees find plenty of creative freedom and personal responsibility. Our employer promise is that we trust each other. Whether economic, financial, or legal experts, IT, or sales professionals – we are looking for personalities who like to go their own way and do not shy away from responsibilities. People who are willing to perform and see changes positively - but also appreciate experiences. As a multi-generational company, we combine old with new, human touch with digital competence, stability with future drive. Our culture of trust is emphasizing us as an employer. We don't just see ourselves as a life-time partner to our customers, responding to changing living conditions with individual offers. We also consider ourselves as a life-time partner to our employees. We are offering a climate full of humanity and outstanding training and further education - throughout a working life.
