Pasquale Pagano

Pasquale Pagano is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in both corporate and law enforcement settings. Currently serving as the Group Corporate & Physical Security Manager at Generali since September 2018, Pasquale leads the development of the Group Crisis Management Model and oversees the Global Travel Security & Risk Management Program. This role includes managing various physical security projects, conducting security intelligence and threat monitoring, and coordinating close protection for top management. Prior to Generali, Pasquale held the position of Chief Commissioner with the Italian National Police from November 1999 to September 2018, where responsibilities included organizing security services for significant events, conducting investigations on serious criminal offenses, and managing personnel resources. Pasquale's education includes a Master's degree in Security Science from Sapienza Università di Roma and a Master of Laws from the Università degli Studi di Salerno.
