Raffaele Erbosetti

Raffaele Erbosetti has over two decades of experience in human resources, primarily with Assicurazioni Generali since November 2002, where Raffaele currently serves as the Global HR Operations - Head of Compensation & Benefits. In this role, Raffaele provides regional compensation advisory services across Asia, Latin America, Central Eastern Europe, and EMEA, supporting the company's multinational business lines. Raffaele has also held positions such as Head of Compensation & Benefit, where responsibilities included developing and implementing compensation policies, managing variable pay methodologies, and overseeing long-term incentive plans. Prior experience includes HR management and development at INA ASSITALIA, where Raffaele gained expertise in various HR functions. Raffaele holds a Master in International Marketing and Foreign Trade from ICE and a Bachelor’s degree in International Political Science from Sapienza Università di Roma.
