Srdjan Boricic

Srdjan Boricic is an experienced managing director currently leading Azoteq Montenegro since August 2024. As the executive director of Adriatic Consultants since January 2017, Srdjan manages a British/Montenegrin joint venture focused on real estate development and asset management, with a portfolio exceeding €25M. Srdjan has demonstrated exceptional project management skills, achieving a consistent revenue growth of 22% annually over four years. Additionally, involvement as a board member at Generali and as managing director for Latitude overseeing the Residency and Citizenship by Investment program showcases Srdjan's expertise in investment management. Previous roles include finance director at the Montenegrin Electricity Market Operator and various executive positions at Tobacco Company Podgorica, significantly enhancing the company's export revenue. Srdjan holds an MBA from the American College of Thessaloniki and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Montenegro.
