In 1997 Tauranga electrician Graham Hockly, and builder-business partner David Mansel formed Generation Homes.  Their partnership was forged on trust, an ethic of hard work, quality workmanship, integrity and providing value for money. Those ethics are still as strong within the company as they were in 1997, and are the bedrock to our success.

Today Generation Homes has grown to become one of New Zealand’s top 10 residential construction companies by volume.

Building our company on such solid ethical foundations means we have lasted and flourished through tough times, and a Global Financial Crisis. We are in a strong financial position with a total turnover of more than $100 million last year and work in all areas from Christchurch in the South to Taupo in the North and right through the main centres to Northland .
