Cino Adelson is an experienced executive coach and consultant with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Consultant at Genesis Advisers since February 2019 and as a Leadership Coach and Consultant at CoachSource LLC since April 2016, Cino specializes in executive and leadership coaching. As the Founder and CEO of Cinovations since March 1992, Cino focuses on organization development, leveraging a unique blend of heart, humor, and results to enhance client engagements. Previous roles include serving as Manager of Human Resources Development at Ellerbe Becket, where responsibilities included organization development consulting and leadership development, and roles at Marquette Bank and Honeywell. Cino holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with a focus on Organization Development from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
