Mehboob Ali

Mehboob Ali holds an M.Sc and Ph.D in Toxicology from Jamia Hamdard. Currently a Senior Scientist-Study Director/Team Lead Toxicology at Genesis Biotechnology Group since July 2022, Mehboob Ali focuses on developing IND enabling GLP/non-GLP genotoxicity and cytotoxicity tests under ICH and FDA regulations. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Professor at Loyola University Chicago and Senior Researcher and Manager at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where projects addressed P53 and TLR3 signaling in pulmonary arterial hypertension and TLR3 in COVID-19 related lung damage. Mehboob Ali has also served as Principal Investigator at Nationwide Children's Hospital, overseeing multiple significant research projects related to lung development, cancer metastasis, and trophoblast biology, and has held various postdoctoral positions focused on cancer research and proteomic analysis at notable institutions including Thomas Jefferson University and Penn State University.
