Elnara Koishibayeva

Elnara Koishibayeva is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within educational institutions in Kazakhstan. Currently serving as the Head of HR at GDA since April 2021, Elnara oversees all HR processes in compliance with local legislation, including recruitment, talent development, and compensation analysis. Prior to this, Elnara held significant positions at Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business, including Career Services Senior Manager, where important initiatives such as the Career Services Handbook and a Telegram channel for job opportunities were developed. Elnara also served as an HR Manager at both Nazarbayev University and its Graduate School of Business, managing recruitment processes and HR documentation. Elnara's earlier experience includes a role as HR Chief Specialist at KTZH, focusing on staff development and educational programs. Elnara holds bachelor's degrees in International Law and Pedagogical Psychology and has completed training in Gestalt therapy.
