Oxana Bondarenko

Oxana Bondarenko is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR for GDA in Europe and the Middle East since October 2023, Oxana previously held significant roles including Human Resources Director at Coca-Cola CCI, where responsibilities included managing HR functions across Kazakhstan and leading a large HR team. Prior to Coca-Cola, Oxana was the Human Resources Director at Genesis Digital Assets, establishing HR functions for a major blockchain company. Additional experiences include leadership roles at Microsoft managing HR across multiple countries in the CEE region, HR management at Roche, and HR roles in major banking institutions. Oxana holds dual master’s degrees in Finance & Banking and Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communication from Tomsk State University.
