Todd Hazen has over 30 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Genesis Health System since July 1998. Previously, Todd held the position of Network Administrator Lead at Illinois Hospital from August 1991 to July 1998. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Augustana College, attended from 1989 to 1991, and studies at Bradley University from 1987 to 1989.

Genesis Health System exists to provide compassionate, quality health services to all those in need. It contains 665 inpatient beds across the entire health system, and employs 5500 people. Genesis was formed from the partnership of its two predecessor hospitals, Mercy Hospital (founded in 1869) and St. Luke's Hospital (founded in 1885), both in Davenport. Genesis Health System was formed in June of 1994, and now serves a 10 county area with three urban hospitals and three critical access hospitals in eastern Iowa and western Illinois.
