Daniel Taylor

Daniel Taylor is a Senior Telecommunications Operations Engineer at Genesys, where responsibilities include maintaining the carrier network for GCV Operations and managing interoperability for new carriers globally, as well as overseeing weight distributions of carriers across multiple AWS regions. Previously, Daniel served as a VoIP Implementation Engineer at LiveVox, managing the infrastructure of VoIP-related components and acting as a Tier 3 escalation and subject matter expert for network and VoIP-related issues. Daniel's earlier role at LiveVox was as a Technical Support Engineer, providing customer support and utilizing SalesForce CRM to document customer interactions. Daniel holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming and Game Development, along with two Technical Certificates in Game Development and Technical Specialist from Gwinnett Technical College.
