Glenn Riley

Glenn Riley, MBA, CPP, serves as a Senior Strategic Pricing Manager at Genesys since December 2020, where ownership of pricing strategies for Digital and AI products is key, alongside conducting competitive and internal price analyses. Prior to Genesys, Glenn held roles at Sallie Mae from April 2015 to December 2020, advancing from Business Strategy Analyst to Senior Business Strategy Analyst, facilitating cross-departmental working groups and conducting market research to enhance application processes. Glenn completed a Master of Science in Marketing and an MBA at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Purdue University.
