Pamela Shull

Pamela Shull is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and partner programs, currently serving as Director of Global Engagement & Strategic Initiatives at Genesys since July 2017. Prior roles at Genesys include Director of Global Partner Programs & Strategic Initiatives and Director of Channel Programs/Accounts. Pamela's previous experience includes Director of Channel Programs at inContact, Director of Strategic Alliances at Hearsay Social, and Enterprise Account Executive at Salesforce, where notable achievements included exceeding annual sales quotas. At ADP, Pamela excelled as District Sales Manager, achieving 240% of annual sales quota in FY 2011 and ranking as the #1 National Sales Account Executive in FY 2010. Pamela began their career as Regional Director of Business Development at American Independent Marketing, Inc. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Central Washington University.
