Raj Ranjan Singh is a seasoned professional in the field of data analysis and business intelligence, currently serving as a Principal Analyst at Genesys since 2020. With prior experience at Intuit, Inc. as a Senior Data Scientist, Raj partnered with various teams to deliver impactful analyses and self-serve analytics for customer experience metrics.
