Yair Shefi

Yair Shefi possesses extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead and Principal Software Engineer at Genesys since July 2020, Yair focuses on training machine learning models and product architecture. Previous experience includes freelancing as a software engineer and consultant, contributing to the Genesys-X innovation group, co-founding SLPlay, and holding key technical positions at CA Technologies and Nolio, where system architecture and performance tuning were emphasized. Yair's career began at the Israeli Air Force, leading a software development team and contributing to crucial C4I projects. Educational background includes a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University.
