Zander Abrams

Zander Abrams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, policy, and law. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Artanis Capital since November 2023, Zander specializes in affordable housing investments while navigating complex regulatory environments. As Principal at CPF Ventures, LLC, Zander focuses on private equity and real estate transactions within the cannabis sector. In addition, Zander contributes as a Senior Advisor for Global Strategy & Policy at Genetica, and is an LP Advisory Committee Member at Altmore Capital. Zander founded the Cannabis Policy Forum and holds a position on the Professional Advisory Board of the Cannabis Equity Retailer Association. Previously, Zander excelled as Area Director for AIPAC, where fundraising initiatives were notably scaled, and served as Political Director for Zellers for Governor. Zander’s legal background includes serving as Articles Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law and working as a Summer Associate at Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen. Zander holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
