Josh McMorrow

Josh McMorrow serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Philomaxcap AG since 2022, with a recent focus on the hydrogen economy following the acquisition of GenH2 Corp. in early 2025. In addition, McMorrow holds a position on the Supervisory Board of GenH2. Previous roles include Executive Chairman at Energy Vault, where oversight of legal, compliance, governance, and government relations was a primary responsibility, and Vice President, Secretary, and Group General Counsel at Atotech Group, where successful leadership led to an IPO on the NYSE. McMorrow's extensive legal experience includes serving as Chief Commercial Counsel at Weatherford and General Counsel for HydroChemPSC and Air Liquide across various segments. McMorrow has a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. in International Business from Trinity University.
