Janet Nguyen

Janet Nguyen is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a robust background in organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead (Acting Manager) at Geniebook since January 2023, Janet supports strategic HR initiatives and drives company culture while reporting directly to the CEO and Co-founder. Prior experience includes roles at Shopee, where Janet led culture and engagement initiatives from August 2018 to January 2023, and at ZALORA Group as a Senior People Partner, where recruitment efforts significantly expanded team size. Early career experience includes operating in Human Resources roles at GAMUDA. Janet holds a Master in Management from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Commerce from RMIT University Vietnam.
