Katie Banka is an experienced professional currently serving as a Fraud Specialist at Genisys Credit Union since November 2020, where expertise in safeguarding financial transactions is demonstrated. Previously, Katie held the position of Financial Services Representative within the same organization. Prior to joining Genisys Credit Union, Katie worked at Jimmy John's as a Person in Charge from January 2019 to February 2020 and gained valuable experience at Funtastic Play Centers in a Front Desk role from July 2015 to February 2020. Katie is an alumnus of Southern New Hampshire University.
