Sergey L.

Sergey L. has a diverse range of work experience in the software development industry. Sergey started their career at MartinJAY Digital in 2006 as a Software Project Manager before moving on to Luxoft in 2009 as a Technical Project Manager. Sergey then joined Dynamo Development, Inc. in 2010 as the Director of Software Engineering and Chief Technology Officer. After three years, they transitioned to Luxoft again in 2013, this time as the Director of Software Engineering. In their role at Luxoft, Sergey was responsible for general account and delivery management, full lifecycle project management, and account business development. Currently, Sergey serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Genius Software, a global software development company.

Sergey L. completed a General Management Program in Business Administration and Management at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a PhD in Computer Science from the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences, Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics, Ukraine, Kiev in 2005. Sergey's educational journey began with a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 2002. In addition, Sergey has obtained various certifications in fields such as Agile, Scrum, Project Management, and Leadership. These certifications include a Certified SAFe Agilist (4.5), Certified Scrum Professional, Program and Portfolio Management Certified Professional (ICP-PPM), Certified PMP Professional, and others. Sergey has also completed an International English Language Testing System Exam and attended the School of Effective Leadership and Public Speaking.
