Adam Darity

Adam Darity currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Genmab, leading the Corporate Development team focused on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Genmab, Adam held several roles at Merck, including Associate Director of Business Development, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional deal teams, negotiating transactions, and identifying new business opportunities. Adam also contributed to strategy development at Merck, advising on M&A transactions and creating market models to support R&D investments. Earlier career experiences include positions at Citi, Double Helix Consulting, and Children's Hospital Boston. Adam holds an AB in Biology from Brown University and an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University.
