Erik Hopmans

Erik Hopmans is a seasoned professional in the field of lab operations and genomics, currently serving as Senior Manager of Lab Operations at Genmab since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing laboratory processes. Previously, Erik held the position of Manager Next-Generation Sequencing at BaseClear BV Leiden from January 2016 to March 2019, focusing on optimizing sequencing services and ensuring data quality. Erik's earlier experience includes a role as a Researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine from March 2011 to May 2015, where contributions were made to the Ji Research Group in developing genetic technologies for understanding tumor evolution in gastrointestinal cancers.
