Jacob Brogaard-Kay, PhD, is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in global talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent & Culture at Genmab since November 2021, Jacob drives a people agenda that emphasizes innovation, inclusion, and growth. Previously, Jacob held multiple leadership roles at Genmab, including Vice President and Senior Director of Global Talent Management. Prior to his tenure at Genmab, Jacob contributed to HR initiatives at Lundbeck as HR Region Europe & Global Strategic Marketing and at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities included leading global performance management and supporting talent development across affiliates. Jacob's professional journey is supported by a strong educational background, including a PhD in Organization and Management Studies from Copenhagen Business School.
