Scott Gillis

Scott Gillis is a seasoned professional in project controls and change management, currently serving as a Change Management Coordinator at Newfoundland & Labrador Hydro since July 2025. Prior to this role, Gillis held multiple positions at Genoa Design International Ltd. from June 2021, including Portfolio Change Manager and Project Change Coordinator, where responsibilities involved leading change management processes across various projects. Experience also includes a tenure at Husky Energy as a Change Management Coordinator for the West White Rose - Wellhead Platform project and consulting roles on the Lower Churchill Project with Nalcor Energy. Further expertise was gained at Suncor Energy as a Management of Change Coordinator and at AMEC as an Engineering Technologist. Scott Gillis holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering and Applied Science Technology from Memorial University and a Diploma in Remote Sensing & Aerial Photography from the College of Geographic Sciences.
