Manuel Garcia has a diverse background in manufacturing and technical roles. Manuel started their career in 1996 as a Process Control technician at Villacero and then worked as a Product Engineer at Sanyo before joining Kyocera Communications Inc. as a Process Engineer. In 2000, Manuel became a Manufacturing Engineer at Autoliv and later took on the role of Technician at Litel Instruments. In 2005, they joined Illumina as a Manufacturing Technician and eventually became an Instruments Manufacturing Technician. Manuel then worked at Vical as a Manufacturing employee before joining Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Sr. Manufacturing Operator. At Pacira, they were responsible for various tasks including bulk manufacturing, formulation, sterilization, and filtration. In 2017, Manuel briefly worked as a Production Technician at Suneva Medical before joining Geno in 2018. At Geno, they have held multiple positions such as Fermentation Technician, Sr. Fermentation Technician, and currently serves as the Lead Fermentation Technician.
Manuel Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
