Scott C Stimart attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Biology Chemistry. Following this, from 1979 to 1981, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
