Satpal Singh is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Gentari since May 2023. Previously, Satpal held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Tenaga Nasional Berhad from July 2022 to April 2023, and as Senior Legal Counsel (Head) at SOCAR Malaysia from August 2020 to July 2022. Prior to these roles, Satpal worked as Legal Counsel at AirAsia, and as a Senior Legal Associate at PRASARANA MALAYSIA BERHAD. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Compliance Executive at Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd and as Legal Executive at Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners. Satpal's expertise includes drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing legal entities across the ASEAN region.
