Bethany Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational strategy, client experience, and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Organisation Strategy & Transformation at genU since June 2024, Bethany previously held various roles at genU from November 2016 to November 2023, including Executive General Manager of Client Experience & Strategy (acting), Group Business Analysis & Performance Manager, and Management Accountant. Prior to genU, Bethany worked at St Laurence Community Services Inc. in senior finance roles from June 2011 to November 2016, and began a career as an Assistant Accountant at J Kellett & Associates Pty Ltd from May 2009 to June 2011. Educationally, Bethany completed the CPA Australia Program between 2014 and 2017 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Deakin University in 2012.
