Chris Galla is the current Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Genuine Parts Company. Prior to joining Genuine Parts Company, Galla was an Associate Attorney at Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP from May 2002 until May 2005. There, Galla managed a full caseload of products liability, premises liability, asbestos, mold, and general negligence files. Galla also drafted appellate briefs in both federal and state courts, dispositive motions in state courts, and discovery requests and responses in all courts.
Before joining Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP, Galla worked as an Associate Attorney at Harkey Lambeth, LLP from September 1999 to May 2002. Prior to that, Galla worked as a Summer Law Clerk at MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton LLP from January 1997 to December 1999.
Chris Galla received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame in Science/Business. Chris then went on to Wake Forest University School of Law to earn their Doctor of Law. After law school, they became certified as an attorney in both the State Bar of Georgia and the North Carolina State Bar.
