Jo Thomas

Jo Thomas is an experienced payroll and HR professional with a comprehensive background in pay compliance, payroll operations, and global mobility management. Currently serving as the Group Pay Compliance Manager at Genuit Group since January 2023, Jo has held various roles at SIG plc since November 2016, including Payroll Operations Manager and Payroll Compliance & Projects Manager. Prior to this, Jo was with Tribal Group for several years, taking on responsibilities such as HR Global Mobility Manager and HR & Payroll Operations Manager.
