Bryan Viers, CSP-SM, CSPO, is a seasoned professional in Agile project management and IT systems, currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Genworth since June 2021. With a solid background in Scrum methodologies, Bryan previously held the role of Process Lead - Scrum Master at Carilion Clinic and has extensive experience at Genworth in various capacities, including Senior IT Systems Specialist and IT Systems Analyst. Bryan's earlier roles include Business Analyst at Randstad Technologies US and Analyst at Nielsen Media Research, where analytical skills and process optimization were key focuses. Bryan began the IT career at Centra Health, successfully leading network upgrades and supporting enterprise systems.
