Jenny Clark, SPHR, CCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Sekisui Diagnostics, LLC since 2019, Jenny partners with senior leaders to align strategies, analyze data, and improve organizational performance across multiple global teams including R&D, Clinical, and Commercial. Previously, Jenny held leadership roles such as Director of People at THX Ltd., where a comprehensive HR and recruiting strategy was developed, and Manager of Human Resources at Inteliquent, focusing on HR program implementation. Additional experience includes positions at Areté Associates and Ameriflight, managing diverse HR functions and strategic partnerships. Jenny holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kentucky State University.
