Rob Ruprecht

Rob Ruprecht, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the education and service sectors. Currently serving as the Director of People at GeoComm since March 2020, Rob oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, policy development, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Rob held various leadership positions at Rasmussen College, including Director of Admissions, where achievement of enrollment targets and team development were key accomplishments. Additionally, Rob's experience includes management roles at Royal Tire and substantial contributions to the expansion of Regency Beauty Institute, where operational and market development strategies were significantly advanced. Rob holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from St. Cloud State University.
